Termite Trails are small tunnels located around termite nests, wood structures, and concrete or stone foundations that are made of small pieces of soil and wood. Subterranean termites use these most often to protect themselves from dry environments and predators while traveling between a food source and the nest.
Termite Swarmers do not chew wood or cause damage. However, they are an indicator of a termite infestation and they may also reveal that significant damage has already happened. Swarmers are able to leave their termite colony once it has grown to full term in hopes of starting their own colony. It's best to address Termite Swarmers before they continue to spread and increase the chances of another infestation!
